天文數字

今日玩呢隻 game，見到好多數字
K代表1000、M代表百萬、T代表十億，全部我都明但之後出現的 Va, Vb, Vc，雖然我明嚮隻 game 中代表的數值但我去 check 下真正代表呢 d 天文數字的文字係咩呢？最後我 check 到係

發現根本無 Va, Vb, Vc，隻 game 係老點的
但中文的名都幾型
所以 NASA 上次應該公佈
我地發現 "新地球"
只要我地航太空船
行 7 不可思議零 6 恒沙河 8 極米就會到 "新地球"
而新地球的重量係 5那由他克咁重。

最近嚮書局睇到一個 "魚菜共生系統"
大約的意思係養魚加種菜的循環系統
理想化咁講就係唔洗施肥、唔洗餵魚
的一個自生自滅系統
(但我之後睇好多資料都話其實係要餵魚)
覺得幾特別，之後嚮誠品睇到兩本關於魚菜共生的書
理解多少少之後，發現 YouTube 原來有勁多資料
有人教如何用土砲的形式做到書局賣的千幾蚊的 system
亦有外國人教再大型的系統的設計
亦睇左少少關於虹吸的裝置少少片
雖然都唔係太明，但知道個系統真係好似好正
再搵之下，原來香港的嘉道理農場係有呢個系統
之後再睇原來德國、澳洲
都有發展左一個好大規模的魚菜共生系統
再睇原來古時中國同埋好似羅馬都有
再 search 就話好多中小學都有呢個課外活動
wow~~ 係未我 out 呢？
其實而家係未家家戶戶都有翻三兩個 "魚菜共生系統"？
anyway 我真係被呢個可以自給自足的系統吸引住
只係我同阿珊係兩個連鐵樹、仙人掌都可以種瓜的人
唔太敢貿然玩種植物
但未來有時間、有條件的話，
我地一定會發展一個夠我地自己食的共生系列
我睇書，佢話龜菜共生都得
日後做到，就會拍低我地的 "菜池肉林"
但相信無幾年都做唔到住 ^0^

窮爸爸、窮爸爸

嚮十幾年前，我睇過一本當時好 hit 的書
叫 "窮爸爸、富爸爸"
當中佢帶出好多的論點
以我當時大學二年級左右的 IQ
覺得好有道理，但十幾年之後就覺得當中伏味濃郁
當中有好多個論點，講其中一個
書的作者話要加速致富就要懂得利用 OPM 同埋 OPT
見到英文 short form，係未覺得有料到呢？
OPM 係指 other people money
而 OPT 係指 other people time
呢兩部分的中心思想係
如果您想快速致富，不能靠一人之力
而利用 OPM 同埋 OPT
OPM 即係用不同形式的方法融資
投資獲利後，再用非常少的回報翻 other people
以俗 d 的手法講就係 "孖展" 同埋 "搵水魚" 兩種方法
呢個方法我年輕時覺得無問題
但大個後覺得其實佢係隱惡揚善
孖展係可以加大獲利的比率，但風險亦會大幅提高
而 "搵水魚" 如果成功雖然會獲利
但一定會受到被搵笨的一方無限的 "祝福"
您和您的子孫都會受到永遠的 "祝福"
當然無後代的人會比較豁達
但呢個 "祝福" 都係會延續他們的整個下半生
而 OPT 方面，就係利用人地的時間去做一堆產品
以高價賣產品但低 pay 給他們從中獲利
呢個就係經濟學上的 division of labour 分工合作
division of labour 表面上係將一件工作斬細
分工到不同人手中，以一個更有效率的方式生產
從而令最終的產量激增
呢個理論係正確，但問題係產量激增後的好處
是否每一個參與者都能享受
定還是因為 division of labour 後
在下者已喪失生產整件產品的能力
而被迫依附大機構，間接令自己失去議價的能力
最終絕大多數的利益會傾斜於在上位的人？
所以我覺得 OPT 都係另類的不道德
商人當然不會理會道德 or not 的問題
佢地著眼只係利益，而在下者就唯有認命
又或者於在下者的團體中脫穎而出
所以引去無止境的 "辦公室政治" "勾心鬥角"
每一間公司都會出現唔同程度的內鬥問題
而最垃圾、最廢的公司之高層就會引入自己的親戚
拉黨結派、中飽私囊、令投資者蒙受不必要的損失，
呢D故事每天都在上映
最後就會引出經濟學上的 diseconomies of scale 規模不經濟
呢 d 公司最終步上滅亡之路

每年從床上跌下送院的小孩，是從樹上摔下送院的三倍

呢句說話是否代表瞓教比爬樹危險?
當然不是，呢句成立的理由只不過係因為人人都會瞓教，
但好少人爬樹。
舉例: 每 10,000 個會瞓教的小朋友當中只有 1 人爬樹，
而最後 10,000 人瞓教當中有 3 人跌落地入院，
而爬樹的卻百發百中，
全部入院，咁比例上的確係 3 倍。
但用上數學 core 的講法，已知您爬樹，您仆的概率是 1。
而已知您瞓教，您仆的概率只係 0.0003。
所以呢句有少少誤導性。
呢個係數學的角度，但在於人生上，
我都是覺得呢句說話係有意義。
因為人生的意義不只在於避險，
如果合理風險背後係有令您成長的意義，哪一仆又何妨?

11月中

11月中，
好多應考2017年 DSE 的同學開始感受到公開試來臨的感覺
我用 "感覺" 而不是 "壓力"
係因為我唔想大家被呢個 "感覺" 令自己手足無措
一個人面對問題時，係要理性去分析個問題
感性的反應，雖不至於壓制，但都無必要太易激盪
11月中，係時間好好 plan 下如何利用之後的時間

首先，不要有任何的罪疚感，
覺得自己之前未開始或做得不夠好
因為根據我教學十幾年，呢個月未開始的人佔百分之98
而最後的公開試成績會係睇之後的路如何行落去
過去的時光無法追回，向前看就可以了。

第二，不要覺得時間不夠用，因為呢個世界上，
"時間" 同 "金錢" 都係從來都不會夠用，
人類就係要學如何利用有限資源挑戰無限問題

第三，做事要有戰略，所有成功的人都係有戰略地
一步一步去完成自己於開始時建立的藍圖，
唔好亂咁打，要有一個規劃，自己會於未來各個時間中，
完成咩目標去爭取自己想要的成績

第四，要認清自己每天的時間花在哪裡？
我最近睇左本英文書 "Do Less, Get More" 中提過，
好多時大家認為自己的時間唔夠用，
而真正係好多的時間係花上一些根本沒有意義的地方，
呢本書講的係成年人世界，所指的係無謂的應酬，
而您們學生都要好好諗下自己花的時間
是否有部分其實係多餘的，
於您覺得自己的時間不夠用時，
好好諗下每分每秒為您帶黎的效益是否合理。

第五，小心身體，要注意飲食同埋作息時間，
公開試前夕，任何大病小病都會打亂
您的預備公開試之進度及節奏。

最後，學懂原諒自己，完成呢幾個月的預備公開試的工程，
對於一個十幾歲的青年，
係一件大而且難的事，過程中要盡力，
但難免會出現或多或少的失誤，要原諒自己，努力向前。
記住無人係完美的，只要不斷向前加油就一定會有好的回報。

本能寺之變

1582 年，日本係大名時代
其中一個大名(有如中國的諸侯) 織田信長勢如破竹
統一日本，指日可待
就嚮呢個時間，發生左 "本能寺之變"
內容係講述織田信長於本能寺停留時
發生左一場戰事政變
織田家臣明智光秀包圍本能寺
殺左織田信長，之後織田家分裂
羽柴秀吉 (未來的豐臣秀吉) 就係分裂為其中一支
羽柴秀吉把握呢個機會不斷坐大
最後統一日本
故事本來就完了
但早幾日我嚮書局中睇到一本 "本能寺之變" 的書
作者係明智光秀的後人
我睇左十幾頁，內容大約係話明智光秀係被人屈的
因為明智光秀於今次的政變中沒有太大的得益
反而被歷史評為奸臣
而沒有太大的理由去支持明智光秀的行為
(雖然有人話明智光秀
係俾織田信長要求降職及收回城池而懷恨，所以動殺機
亦有史料顯示明智出手前作左首想作反的詩
但呢本書話後期的歷史學家發現首詩係被人改過
真正首詩並沒有作反的意思)
而呢本書有多個估計，其中一個估計係話
整個故事係由羽柴秀吉為左上位而做低左織田信長
再嫁禍俾明智光秀
我無認真睇曬本書，所以唔知佢有咩支持的証據
但係諗落真係唔奇
因為歷史永遠由勝利者寫
而做一些對自己有利的假局出黎
一來可以自己做大名，二來又可以於民間不但無背負污名
仲可以有幫織田家報仇呢個口號
令自己可以名正言順繼承織田家的某部分城池
及後令自己有坐大的機會
整個行為的確有動機咁做
而家學歷史出現少少的困難
就係好多的歷史都會有人講另一套出黎
我最近睇左另一本講中國歷史的書
書的作者係一個高手
佢講到 "峰火戲諸侯" 係老作的
之前又有人講過趙雲其實係女人
好多好多正史與野史完全相反的講法出現
歷史學家努力尋找真相當然值得我們佩服
但係有時會諗，我地係唔係真係有辦法將每一件事都能夠重組
同埋件事的真相是否真的咁重要
歷史的重點唔係應該叫人從歷史中學習經驗
從而得到一些智慧面對未來的挑戰嗎？
趙雲是否女人是否那麼重要？
好多人有唔同的睇法
而我本來都想拍些關於歷史的片出黎
因為歷史中有太多野，我好多睇完又唔記得
所以想拍出黎俾我自己未來睇翻
但又怕人抽稱我的片係 "偽歷史"
諗左好耐，終於俾我諗到
我將會推出 "maybe偽歷史系列" 將我睇到學到的中西史拍出黎
完全 "唔針對" DSE 的課程，純自己興趣拍 only
內容有錯漏會改進，但不會縱容人圍攻
幾個月後得閒 d 會開工
希望可以做得好啦 ^^
(P.S. 呢個歷史故事係我初中時打機時認識
有一隻 game 叫太閣立志傳
我係做羽柴秀吉，要打到某個時間升到做三座城的城主時
就會發生本能寺之變，之後就會變成大名
再統一日本爆機，但 game 有多少 bugs
好多次佢係唔會發生 "本能寺之變"
而我就幫織田家打到成個日本都做唔到大名(即係爆唔到機)
所以對呢個事件係有千千結。)

睇左一本關於未來產業預言的一本書

尋日睇左本書
書名唔記得，因為睇到人地收鋪被人禮貌地叫我地離開
所以無買、亦唔記得書名
但內容都幾新鮮
係講一個研究經濟的團隊
花了十年的時間，研究世界未來的走向
佢提到人類史上的兩次工業革命
亦預言未來快要出現的第三次產業革命
內容大概係講國富論中提出四大生產要素
Factor of production (有修 DSE 經濟的同學都會識的一 part)
係指︰企業家 enterpreneur, 勞工 labour, 資本 capital, 土地 land
而具體的定義為︰
勞工 labour - 人力資源 human resource
資本 capital - 人造資源 man-made resource
土地 land - 天然資源 natural resource，當中不只我們平日所講的土地，亦包括石油、煤、而呢本書更將定義變得更廣泛到食物、清潔的食水、...
呢本書指出之前兩次工業革命
最重要係將勞工 labour、資本 capital 的效率 efficiency 提高
當中包括引入機器、同埋 division of labour 分工合作
但係而家世界面臨的問題係天然資源不足的問題
而當世界不斷宣揚世界的天然資源 (石油、媒) 會於不久的將來用完，同時亦宣揚地球的污染加劇，令人類的生活質素不斷下降時
作者提出了一個新的觀點
就係未來幾十年，將會係人類第三次的產業革命
而內容係如何將天然資源用得更有效率
書中有好多的數據係指出，而家發電廠的發電過程中
原來係有好多的 energy loss
如果有更高的科技改善相關的 energy loss
就會令天然資源缺乏的問題大大改善
當中作者指出，以而家已經發明左的科技
用於世界的發電廠的話，已經可以因減少 energy loss
而多發 25% 的電力
另外，金屬使用方面，以美國的技術
建築物中使用的銅，於拆卸時，有百分之60可以循環使用
而中國的就只有百分之5
而美國今天亦不斷研究，起一幢樓時係將一堆預製的組件堆研出黎，他日要拆樓時，可以好似 lego 咁拆開好多 part 出黎循環再用。
即係話，當大家都話銅資源好少而炒高銅價時
只要於 recycle 上著手就可以大大增加產量
而呢本書亦提到好多人力資源其實係浪費了
例如司機，而家世界有車人士係一個天文數字
佢地每天都要花時間揀車
但係不久的將來會出現無人車
而無人車可以節省大量的人力資源及減少交通意外的數字
呢本書帶出兩點
一. 而家好多人話資源唔夠，但係大家花時間去尋找新資源之前，其實發展技術去善用現有資源會係更實際及更大的商機
二. 呢本書預言，二十年後，世界有6成人的職位係而家沒有的，當中我唔係睇得太多就走左，但係佢大概的意思係例如當無人車普及後，司機的工作會消失而被迫轉型，而新科技又會帶黎新職位，未來幾十年可能會有好大的世界改變
幾得意的一本書，而當中的預言無論準唔準，大家要有一顆隨時要面臨挑戰的心，去應付未來世界的轉變，一切不合理、沒有效率的商業模式，將會成為博物館的展品

葡萄牙恩里克王子

呢兩日病左，人一病，腦就會不斷諗野
呢兩日腦裡面成日諗起葡萄牙恩里克王子的故事
事緣我地之前睇翻大國掘起
講葡萄牙因為陸地上貿易路線被鄰國武力阻隔後
所以要開始從海路著手
但以當年 14XX 年的科技
要出呢個死亡綠海之稱的海洋
由葡萄牙出發到非洲以至印度去通商係一個不可能的任務
恩里克王子用左21年的時間
嚮國家都不投放資源的情況下
不斷改良造船、航海、地圖繪畫的技術
不斷派出水手以性命黎換取航海上的突破
21年後他離開人世時
雖然航海路線已經到左非洲好多個地方
但其實都沒有多大的經濟回報
雖然於恩里克王子死後
葡萄牙的航海霸權的確令葡萄牙走到高峰
事後的成就好多人會欣賞
而我一路發燒一路諗
如果係我，我能唔能夠做到王子咁有決心呢
21年期間，當中受盡葡萄牙皇室的冷言冷語
而王子的確有嚮陸地發展的選擇
係咩令佢咁堅持
同埋究竟用船航海繞過非洲而到達印度
嚮當時可謂一個傳說
王子願意花人生後半生的時間
去追求一個傳說的夢
究竟有咩令他咁堅定呢？
相比而家，好多人的堅持都只係以日黎計算
一個月內沒有回報就已經放棄
我地相比呢D偉大的古人真係汗顏
所以我地更加要堅定我地的目標
我地處理緊的，不及王子所面對的那麼有風險
亦不及王子所祈望的那麼虛無縹緲的傳說
呢 D 咁小的難關，我地一定要堅持亦一定捱得過
大家都可能面對唔同困難
而解決的難度同埋時間長度都應該不及王子所面對
大家都要堅持
堅持心中的夢想
堅持我地的目標
加油﹗﹗

好戲靴推介 - 星河救兵 / 石破天驚

上次10月1日直播果陣阿珊介紹過兩套西片
一套係 Galaxy Quest
我以為 Galaxy 係牌子名添
原來星河救兵係 Galaxy Quest
上次阿珊講話有班演員係演星球大戰之類的電影
但外星人以為佢地係勁人
搵佢地帶拖打其他外星人
而果班演員又以為只係一個登台 job
亂打亂撞與第三個星球的人打扙
又好彩有一班電影發燒友的小朋友
幫佢地發揮太空船的功能打抵班奸的外星人
好攪笑的一套電影
而另一套係 "The Rock"
中文名係石破天驚
香港人改電影名係勁好多
如果呢套嚮中國播，佢地應該係照譯做 "石"
而大家都會以為係 Discovery channel 的紀錄片
全片影住舊石頭，
利用超快鏡睇住佢如何過無數個日與夜及春夏秋冬
(令我有咁深的感受
係因為有套電影叫 007 - Die another day
香港就叫 "不日殺機" 幾咁型
而中國就叫 "擇日再死"
R爆頭)
但香港的石破天驚
一聽個名就想睇
片中的 Sean Connery 係一個好好身手的阿伯
幫 Nicolas Cage 一齊救人質
仲記得果堆綠色的珠珠
一爆左就要打強心針落個心口度
綠色珠珠好似識得分辦善惡
因為我記得壞人整爆左，1秒條友就死
而主角整爆左，佢有15秒以上諗野，再打強心針
真係好有人性的珠珠 ^0^
(大家見到我打 Sean Connery，係未覺得我真係好似一個Native Speaker 呢？其實我都係照打個封面 =P)
大家有機會睇下呢兩套戲
尤其有D學校要學生做西片觀後感
呢兩套都係正野
我地以前有兩年都成日要做呢D 西片觀後感
(佢有個型D的名，但我唔記左叫咩名啦)
一年要您睇幾十套戲
邊有咁多戲睇呀
終於我由史泰龍的第一滴血睇到第九滴血都未做齊佢地個要求

奸商統計學

讀 DSE 數學的同學要留意以下內容

係關於 HKDSE 數學 Core 的 Statistics 一課︰
吃旺旺雪餅運氣無變旺　
南寧漢舉報旺旺宣傳「虛假、沒有科學依據」
呢單新聞與早前紅牛廣告話飲紅牛送您一對翼的故事相同
之前有人亦為左飲左紅牛無生對翼出黎而告紅牛
呢種的失實宣傳有人會告的確有點滑稽
因為係人睇到都知佢地只係一句口號
相反好多真正誤導的廣告
往往係受到法律保障
以香港為例，早前通過左新商品條例
表面上係要求所有商品的陳述一定要有相當的支持
先可以對外宣傳
原意係好，但呢個最後只係俾左生意一D中介公司做
例如，以前您可以吹自己學生係最多A,B,C
沒有任何 backup 的情況下大吹突吹
但而家就唔得，而家要做就要懶係有數據 backup 先可以出去講
咁可以點做先可以立法地吹呢？
其中一個方法係咁的，於收集資料時作出一些 filter
例如︰我想知我手上的學生於過去一年公開試成績係咩 level
從前就會逐個逐個打電話
可能會有若干人係 5**, 若干人 5*, 若干人 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, U
咁樣就可以得知自己學生奪星的百分比
但我唔係真心想知自己的實力
而只係希望嚮合法的情況下公佈一個更高的比例
以欺騙新一屆的學生報讀課程
咁可以點呢？有 marketing 公司會拋橋
叫您唔好主動聯絡自己的學生
相反要求自己的學生自己 submit 自己的分數
有咩好處？
於放榜的首幾天，高分的學生當然有心情同您分享佢的喜悅
以及亦有學生會知道通知左您地，您地會安排獎學金俾佢
自然好願意自己報分上黎
相反，如果我係 level 1, 2
報左又唔會有好處，而我亦可能為著自己的前途愁緊
邊得閒報個分俾您聽
呢個做法自然可以將大部分低分的同學
於一個自然的機制下淘汰了
所剩的就係高分的一群，咁您想取5以上的比率幾高都得
而呢個又嚮 marketing research 公司懶公証的加持下
變成一個合法、有力、但老點的 slogan
某某導師的學生去年奪星率遠超全港平均水平
呢 d 就係叫做 mis-use of statistics
DSE 數學亦有教相關的內容
慢慢學生都學精了
無賴式的騙徒技倆係唔會得到學生的支持
呢個亦係學店時代正式終結的其中一個小小的原因
未來只會留下有信用的補習社

好書‧靴推介 - 幸福是我們的義務吳媛媛著

最近睇緊呢本書，192頁，睇左83頁，仲未睇曬
但已經好想好想介紹呢本書
呢本暫時係我繼 "夢想．不盜" 後
覺得最不能錯過的書 (我未睇完已經咁震撼)
佢係一本講述由一個台灣女姓
嫁去一個瑞典家庭，生活了一大段的時間後
寫出瑞典與台灣不同之處的書
內容好廣泛，其中有幾點係我好震憾的
作者話，瑞典(以至於其他歐洲國家) 都面臨一個問題
就係人力資源缺乏的問題
(沒有天然資源的國家，可以令自己富強就必需要靠人力資源)
所以國家極重視人力資源發展的事項上
由刺激出生率講起，瑞典國家
男女都可以有一個好長的產假
法例亦規定放產假時，員工仍然可以獲取80%的收入
以刺激國民生育
如果生多幾位小朋友後，其中一方要全職照顧小朋友
國家亦會有津貼，令佢地的生活可以維持
瑞典亦會對樓價嚴格管制，
市區和效區的租金會被要求完全相同的水平，
唔會因為俾人炒高左個價，
令國民要為生活費煩惱而犧牲家庭生活
(瑞典好著重家庭生活，希望國家的小朋友可以快樂成長)

教育方面更令我震撼
小學生的功課必需於校內完成
即係放學沒有功課，令佢地有更多的時間於遊戲中學習
但佢最主要咁做的原因係因為
瑞典明白，如果功課家中做會出現一個不公平的情況
家中的父母如果知識水平高的話會有好大的優勢
所以所有功課校內做可以令所有學生
當面對功課問題時，可以即時向同一個老師發問
以減少不公平的現象
另外，佢地考大學入學試時
數學科係有 oral 呢份卷
中、英有 oral 唔出奇，但數學有 oral 係一個咩的形式？
教數學咁多年的我都覺得有點兒抽象
原來佢地數學 oral 係俾一堆資料您
例如俾一個 Quadratic Graph 二次圖像您
您就要講到圖象內表示左 d 咩
同埋圖象與生活有咩關係
瑞典係一個好重視教育的國家
同時亦係好重視如何教育出具批判性的人才
佢地教數係想令學生理解如何分析日常見到的數據
希望大家見到商人、政客給予一大堆資料時
可以利用自己的實力分析到呢堆資料
而唔係只係睇個結論
因為結論可以係誤導的
而瑞典的師範學院，教教師如何教都有一套好特別的方法
書中提到一點令我覺得香港的教育非常慚愧
係師範學院的教授於最後一課時
問面前的學生 (即未來的教師)
教授問︰瑞典的首都嚮邊？學生(未來教師)答︰斯德哥爾摩。
教授再問︰為何要係斯德哥爾摩？學生(未來教師) 啞口無言
點解教授要咁問？
佢唔係真係認為學生(未來教師) 會答到
而係佢想學生(未來教師) 記住呢個感覺
希望呢班教師未來都會令自己學生不斷有呢個感覺
一個通過發問引發學生自己去沉思問題的一種過程
真真正正去訓練一個識用腦的人才

而香港呢？
某 D 補習從業員問︰瑞典的首都嚮邊？學生啞口無言
某 D 補習從業員︰我會教您唔識都攞到分

於教育層次黎看，香港真係停留於石器時代
香港政府的教育 slagon 完全係 : 求學只係求分數
瑞典與香港好多野好唔同
最主要係瑞典真心重視人力資源
真心去攪教育
但香港呢？政府認為真正香港的人力資源太多
佢地唔會利用政策鼓勵生育
只會利用批大陸人落黎溝淡香港的人力資源
政府亦唔想香港人太有批判性以至批判到佢地的施政
就要利用考試帶黎的恐懼令大多數人變得有好強的奴性
而家仲要將香港本來的強項數學慢慢通過教育改革、cut syllabus 的形式令其優勢削去
之後仲會有普教中、引入簡體字的一系列措施
一步一步將香港的人力資源質素與大陸接軌而不是與國際接軌

我諗香港教育的問題，我唔講大家都會知
餘下的問題係，香港人如何自處？
呢個問題係我地香港人值得投放資源去研究

呢本書我睇完之後會拍片同大家再分享一下
大家有機會於書局見到呢本書，真係攞黎睇睇
睇下外國的情況就會知香港有好多範疇真係完全唔入流

呢本就係上次中秋節直播時
阿珊介紹兩本書的其中一本
"丟掉40個虛假的好習慣"
當中一個要丟掉的是建立人脈關係
作者的論點係自己去建立的人脈最終都係難以維繫
而當作者成功後，人脈關係隨之而來
所以大家應投放時間於實務上而不是人際關係上
吹棒人際關係的人主要係一班上位者
想利用大家想向上游的心理
招收一班免費義工
他們只係給予一個根本不存在的遠景
已經可以令無數人趨之若鶩
浪費時間、金錢上去
而事實上，大家最後都係一無所獲
所以作者認為大家應該要放棄追隨別人的框架
為自己的事業努力
即使唔係自己創業，都無理由花太多時間於人際關係上
在上位會用您的理由從來不會因為您擦鞋
而只會係您真係為佢地帶黎利益又或者您其實係佢地的親戚
努力增加自己的見識及實力
將自己變成一個有才能的人
自然世界通行
企圖拉關係上位的話
就算成功，一朝天子一朝臣
人地改朝換代之時，大家就會變成棄將
大家有機會去到書局見到呢本書可以睇下佢點講人脈關係 ^^

無意間搵翻呢兩集 DVD
係由狄娜主持的大國崛起
好多年前買的，背後寫係2007年的產品
當時買左之後，好短時間就睇曬咁多集
內容係講述 9 個國家︰
葡萄牙、西班牙、荷蘭、英國、
法國、德國、日本、俄羅斯、美國
如何興起、富強及後期有部分衰落的原因
唔少國家興起的背景都係大航海時代
之前大家有睇過我去海上雄師展覽果篇 blog 的人
都會知道我對大航海時代係有一個好深的情意結
一隻好好玩的 game 令我對大航海時代的歷史著迷
雖然我的世界歷史只係讀到中二就行人止步
但對於該時期的歷史非常有興趣
正正呢個特輯就有好幾集係講果個時期
了解更多就知道一個國家如何成功及失敗
就能令人更容易深思一間機構甚或一個人如何成功及失敗
呢兩集碟，主持真係講得好好
故事講得精彩及有好多冷知識
我咁多年前睇都仲記得主持介紹過拿破崙呢位前半生非常成功的人物
於晚年失敗後被放逐至一個叫 "elba" 的地方
嚮去緊的途中作左呢句詩
"able was i ere i saw elba"
呢句詩係左右對稱
意思是︰我看到 "elba" 呢個地方之前，我係非常能幹的"
英雄墜落的故事令人唏噓
亦明白歷史只係記住成功的人而遺忘失敗的人
所以我地更加要努力，未成功之前不要放軟手腳
我地一定成功而唔會見到 "elba"

水龍頭滴水問題有辦法

2016-09-08

唔知大家有無試過屋企個水龍頭扭緊左仲滴水呢？
話說我屋企就係出現呢個情況
打去五金問，佢地話要成 part 換郁 D 都成千蚊
之後我上網 search 過，原來有計
我地買左一個大約100蚊的省水閥
本來佢係用黎省水，但佢有一粒的
個的禁一下就出水、禁多下就會截水
就係咁就解決左水龍頭滴水的問題
完 ~~

睇多 D 生字，希望之後可以慢慢睇得明

另外，有個查西班牙字典的網址幾好

一個一個土炮式咁學，希望可以學得識 ^0^

1. 講水可以助燃
當你煲水時，煲滾溢彈左D水出黎
D火係會即刻燒得更旺
因為爐頭好熱的緣故
加入水 (H2O) 就會同煤 (C) 發生化學作用
變成一氧化碳 (CO) 及氧氣 (H2)
兩者都會令爐火燒得更旺

2. 另外巫婆寶劍沾左仙水刺向草人會流出血
係因為仙水係 Na2CO3
而草人身上係黃裱紙
而當鹼 (Na2CO3) + 黃裱紙
黃色即變成了紅褐色

好書‧靴推介 - 傻瓜可以改變世界村上和雄著

啱啱睇完呢本書
買呢本書的確係因為俾封面個頭吸引住
再揭下個內容覺得幾得意
作者係一個日本生物化學系教授
成功解讀高血壓致病因素的科學家
呢本講好多唔同範疇的內容
好多都好得意
但最震撼我的是作者提到
科學研究有分 day-science 同埋 night-science
大約意思是 day-science 係從過往知識再推論而得到的新發現
而 night-science 係因巧合或者可以話亂打亂撞得出黎的新發現
呢個可能係因為一次錯誤的實驗、又或者唔記得將某些樣本保存好而受潮氧化負碌撞棍地得到新發現
作者話好多大發現都係由 night-science 發展出黎
而呢 D 發現，後人會總括為 "運氣" 兩個字
但作者就話 "運氣" 的出現係要有三個條件︰
1. 正直而專注的眼神
2. 尊重 "無用" 的心，即係唔介意不斷嘗試，即使每次都是失敗
3. 從失敗及錯誤中找出端倪，好好把握
作者用自身的經驗、科學、哲學、DNA的角度
去解釋一個世人眼中的傻瓜
(即係先天能力不佳，但專注做一件事
哪怕果件係一件成功機會率極低的事)
最後都會受到上天的眷顧而得到成功
相反，世人眼中的聰明人
每件事都要計算可行性、值博率的人
往往都會畫地自限，沒有太大的突破
書中提到唔少範疇中有突破的人
初時都是哪些界別中的門外漢
但正正他們是門外漢
才會做出界別精英眼中的愚蠢事
例如去研究一些表面無可能成功的內容
就正正沒有精英去研究
反而提供左一個未被開發的寶藏給傻瓜去發掘
只要傻瓜夠專注，上天會給予傻瓜回報
從一個科學家中聽呢個好似唔係好科學的結論
其實係一個好大的安慰
我地每個人先天的條件唔同亦無法改變
但原來能否有所成就，大部分係基於後天的努力
勤奮、專注去做一件事
不要理會別人的眼光，切切實實去做一個傻瓜
上天一定係令您成功
而傻瓜亦真係可以做到改變呢個世界
我地當中可能或多或少都做緊一D旁人眼中的傻事
但可能我地唔受旁人的目光，不被他們動搖繼續堅持
日後真係可以得到好的結果
希望天下傻瓜 (包括我們) 繼續堅持到最後。
